A great manager does not need to be awake to manage her employees.

Her presence alone provides much needed leadership, structure, and supervision to her employees, even the lackluster ones like Human Mommy, who seem incapable of lowering the volume on their annoying clickety-clackety typing despite numerous reminders, interventions, and memos.

Our cats have a way of communicating without even saying a word. Their eyes or behaviors says it all!

I trust my behavior says “chill with the annoying typing that is interrupting my nap.” Purrs, Amber

Oh yeah. That’s one bossy cat like Norie. She gets in bed at the foot of the bed. Then when I get in bed, I flip the sheet over which rolls her our of position where I can put my feet. The females aren’t called “queens” for no reason. LOL!

I wouldn’t dare slack off on her presence, whether she were awake or not.
