We Dogs bark and growl as needed…
…but mostly we chill.
–Sunny, Xena, and Stella
Chill
I dare you..
The ferocious House Panther, half-asleep…
…dares you to stroke his glorious, glossy coat.
–Darth Vader
Judgment
I feel you looking at me judgementally, Human Mommy, but don’t.
I use this treadmill way more than you do, after all.
–Lily
Better
Yes, Humans, I know. I’m better than you.
Surely you came to that realization ages ago…
–Luna
Treehouse
Human Daddy made us our very own cedar platform in our favorite tree.
We are delighted but have also requested a second platform, higher up.
–Finnegan
Licks
Please don’t lick the pot clean, Cosmo.
We’d all like to get a lick, too.
–Darth Vader, Xena, and Stella
King of the World
I am King of all that I survey and of all that I lounge upon.
All hail the King of the World!
–Phelps
Thunderstorms
Why?
Just why?!
-Sunny
Look!
Oooh, look, a Cicada!
Surely the Humans wouldn’t mind if I made a small hole in the screen, given the circumstances.
–Amber
Rhetorical Question
Do you want a tummy rub, Sunny?
That must be a rhetorical question! Here I am displaying my tummy on a Tuesday no less.
Of course I want a tummy rub!
–Sunny
