Ummm… At his prime, Phelps outweighed Darth by a pound or two. Phelps is now in his golden years and Darth is much denser.
As to length, that’s a complicated question. Phelps appears to be as long as DV under normal circumstances BUT DV is a rubberband Cat. When he’s compliant, which isn’t all that often, you can drape Darth over your shoulder and his tail nearly touches the floor.
Of course I had to Google Napoleon’s and Louis 14’s height. It looks as if Napoleon may actually have been an inch taller than Louis. So, good choice on the name!

Is Phelps the same size as Darth? Or is it just an optical illusion? Somehow I imagined Darth being the biggest and the daddy of them all.
