Well, the lighting was not optimal in the original photo and Darth Vader was understandably distraught. (Unlike the Sun King, DV takes his annual official Halloween portrait very seriously.) So I watched a series of Photoshop how-to videos, and voila, a passable portrait. Yes, I am learning Photoshop to please my cat.
