I wouldn’t say “no” to cake or ice cream either. Do you consume your treats in 30 seconds or less? I find that speed is key to my process AND to convincing my Humsns (occasionally) that I need seconds. Woofs and Wags, Cosmo LikeLiked by 1 person Reply
I can eat them faster than I should. I have to work on pacing myself. Ice cream especially goes down so dang fast! LikeLiked by 1 person
