I do not think the Woofies and Cats see each other as siblings exactly. Cosmo has an ongoing relationship with Stella and Sunny is also sweet on Stella. Cosmo definitely sees Xena as his daughter. Sunny sees Xena as quite cute and will snuggle with her innocently, but he would never try to take their relationship to the next level since her big, protective Dog Daddy would doubtless maul him. And then there are the Cats…
