As Human Mommy’s personal trainer, I’ve come to the conclusion that she has no hope of ever catching even the slowest of slow Mousies, no matter how hard she works out.
I still encourage her, though.
Exercise tends to make Human Mommy hungry and if she’s hungry, she’s more likely to go down to the kitchen where the Temptations are stored.

Oh, I’m being very encouraging! Human Mommy doesn’t need to know that she’s too slow for even the slowest Mousie. More exercise can potentially result in more treats for me. Purrs, Apollo

Our two legs simply cannot outrun four, it’s in the math. As for the Temptations, I wonder what kind of snackies she keeps for herself down there.

Oh, she keeps all sorts of things, like cookies and crackers and chocolate. Neo tells me he tried one of her shortbread cookies once and found it very disappointing. It tasted nothing like Temptations. Purrs, Apollo
