Sometimes you bound out of bed in the morning, brimming with energy and plans for the day ahead. Sometimes when you get to the end of the hallway, you realize that you might have been just a little over enthusiastic about the whole morning thing.

Right you are, it was what I did this morning. I bounced out of bed (because my two felines were feelin a little too groovy) and after taking a shower, feeding them, feeding myself … I decided to just go back to sleep.

MOVING to a point that serves NO PURPOSE until you’re completely focused for the day;
sure sometimes the focus can take HOURS….but when one has a job to do, one does it
