I turn on Nebraska Public Radio for my two when I have to be gone for a long time. I doubt they get much out of Morning Edition news, but the Morning and Afternoon Concert programs seem to appeal. Yes, my kitties are classical music fans! LOL!
Sigh… We used to have a radio in the kitchen. Human Mommy left it tuned to public radio all day. Then the Meowies short-circuited it with their special Meowie spray perfume. Woofs and Wags, Cosmo and Stella
Too bad! I like public radio a lot. In this part of the country, there used to be AM top 40 or country music stations, period. Nebraska is blessed with a state-wide public radio and television system that is the state’s pride and a wonderful alternative to fluff radio and commercial television. (Which is fine if you just want fluff…not to pass judgement there!)
