Some new things, like new toys or cat trees, are obviously good. Some new things, like first trips to the vet or new, unfair rules regarding visits to the kitchen counter tops, are obviously bad.
Sometimes, though, you have to think long and hard about new things, like puppy brothers, before making up your mind.

Summits can be bilateral, trilateral, quadrilateral, etc. The more participants involved, though, the greater the chance someone will snooze off.

Before hissing and growling at each other over territorial disputes, consider holding a diplomatic summit on plush chairs. If negotiations don’t work out, you can always hiss and growl at each other later and mark your chosen cardboard boxes with your inimitable odor so that your adversary will be forced to admit that they are well and truly yours.

It’s perfectly all right to dress up like us, though. Even if you don’t get it quite right, we appreciate the effort.
*Unless we do. Some cats like dressing up. Ask your kitty to be sure.
There’s nothing wrong with settling in for a nap right after you’ve woken up in the morning.
